Employers get access to a pool of candidates our team has personally reviewed and verified, without the cost of relocation, visa sponsorship, or a physical office. Candidates get discovered by real GCC companies, starting with a free plan and no credit card required.
No. We don't act as a middleman in the hiring process, and we're not involved in the employment relationship itself. Shoughl is a connector: we help employers find candidates and candidates get discovered, then the two sides take it from there — interviews, offers, and employment terms are agreed directly between employer and candidate.
At launch, Shoughl focuses on Customer Support and Virtual Assistant roles — the two functions where remote hiring is already proven and where GCC SMEs and startups see the fastest impact. More role categories will open as the platform grows.
No. Every role on Shoughl is fully remote. Candidates continue working from where they are based; employers don't need to sponsor a visa, arrange relocation, or provide office space.
